NFC payments for the global variant? I’m a simple guy – I want to add my debit card to my phone somehow and pay with NFC with the phone instead of removing the card every time.

there

don’t look for specs. it’s just a joke with this price. worthless crap.

UltraHD, 14 hours agoWhy is Huawei still so expensive lolYou could also ask the same question of xiaomi, a company that made “flagship” phones at competitive prices.

Chinese and Google phones are only sold in certain countries On the contrary, Apple and Samsung sell in most countries

Finally, a good camera phone. The f1.4 to f4 aperture is simply useful. However, they should have opted for a 30mm focal length for the main camera. And, at least 24 MP for ultrawide.

Anonymous, 9 hours agoHuawei is no longer among the top 5 smartphone brands in China… Even the Chinese don’t want it… moreIt is true that they are no longer among the best-selling brands in China. This is due to the many hardware supply restrictions, but especially the 5g ban, because 5g is everywhere in Chinese cities and the majority of people are not willing to sacrifice 5g. However, although Huawei is no longer among the top 4 selling Android brands in China (Oppo, Honor, Vivo and Xiaomi are the top 4), they will sell far more high-end flagship phones than any of the other 4. brands. The Mate 50 pro is actually still totally sold out in China.

The price markup on the Chinese price is actually significantly lower than normal for this one (30-40% versus 50%+ for flagships from most other Chinese brands). Still, it won’t be a big seller in Europe for obvious reasons.

Anonymous, 12 hours agoIt doesn’t have Gorilla Glass. Reminds me of a song Huawei was fighting Kunlun. MostThanks for this one! Please subscribe so people can interact more, it’s a good atmosphere 🌞

CptPower, 8 hours agoI do not agree. Huawei and Honor are still the best-selling brands in China. No need for GMS in China as it’s banned from China so the comment doesn’t apply (and mainly applied to EU 😋)

Have a good day! 🌞

The price however wow

Kevin, 12 hours ago$1,250 for a 256GB model is absolutely fair game against the S22 Ultra and iPhone 14 Pro… moreNo, it’s not fair game
This company has lost its mind
Instead of focusing on their strengths, they insist on releasing 4G phones without Google services that are more expensive than the competition
They deserve everything that’s coming

Anonymous, 9 hours ago1300 euros for a phone without 5G services and google play? what a great deal of the year lolMan and who needs 5G and Google service???
You can access Gmail through a browser. Instead of Google Play, you have the Huawei app gallery store.
Googe gaming services are just another burden and bloatware like IOS or Harmony depends on what you prefer.
As long as you are using your phone for the first time and don’t have a stock operating system, tons of bloatware and apps running in the background are a burden on a phone just to degrade the battery more quickly and slow down your phone because RAM and CPU are consumed.

And for 5G, if you have limited data, you will only use wifi in most areas and for surfing, reading news and playing some games, 4G is more than enough.

GregLu, 13 hours agoAt this price and with the ban, GMS not installed by default and all… They will not sell…moreI do not agree. Huawei and Honor are still the best-selling brands in China.

UltraHD, 14 hours agoWhy is Huawei still so expensive lolBecause they are the best brand after Vertu and maybe Blackberry.
Since the two left, Huawei became the top brand, but due to US sanctions, they left the top spot of the best-selling phones every day on the planet.
