Camilla (Cam) F. Day, 82, of Wintersville, Ohio, formerly of Shadyside, Ohio, died Jan. 18, 2022, at Trinity Medical Center West.

She was born on December 8, 1939 in Bellaire, Ohio, the daughter of the late Edward and Joan Gunkievich Ciszewski.

Camilla attended Shadyside Schools and graduated with the Class of 1957.

She worked as an accountant for CA Robecht in Wheeling, West Virginia, before moving to Wintersville, Ohio, where she enjoyed being a homemaker and raising her children. Camilla was a Catholic by faith and attended St. Pius X Church in Steubenville, Ohio.

An avid bowler, Cam was an officer of the Steubenville Women’s Bowling Association, secretary/treasurer of numerous leagues and a member of the 600 Club. She enjoyed bowling in state and national tournaments around the country. She was also an officer for the Wintersville Band Boosters and instructed the band’s flag corps. Cam was an accomplished hooker, loved fishing for bluegill on the lake shore, and enjoyed going to the casino.

Cam is survived by her beloved husband, Robert W. Day; his daughter Linda Ulasiewicz and son Scott (Lynn) Day; grandchildren John (Hannah) Ulasiewicz, Lauren Ulasiewicz and Keeley Day.
