A bear was seen swimming in a pool after wandering around a residential area in San Dimas on Friday night.
a bear wandering around the san dimas neighborhood, causing a stir above his head as he walks calmly along the walls between houses, the bear walks into a backyard and sniffs around a barbecue. The residents of the neighborhood carried by the police to stay at home. The big brown animal diving into the pool at this house on a Christian brown was on the phone when he looked out the window I see a bear jumping in the pool and I said to my buddy, hey, I have to hang up, I have to film this. And so the next thing I know the bears just sat on the steps, took a little bath. Next thing I know, I’m knocking on the front door and uh, the sheriff’s departments here and you want to see what’s going on in the backyard and the bear comes forward, continuing to climb the walls and rummaging through the gardens as police and animal control officers tried to point him towards the mountainsides. At one point, he walked along a wall next to the 10 freeway, causing concern that he was walking on the busy road. A few people recording video of their close encounters with a large animal as it crossed a field, saw the bear between the chain link fence. What the hustle and bustle stopped and a lot of people stopped and we saw it and it looked pretty peaceful. But yeah, you never know, I jumped over the fence right next to me and had to run into a neighbor’s yard. It was pretty crazy one night, locals in this neighborhood won’t forget I was blown away like a, what a Friday night. I was ready to go to bed and the next thing I know is it’s eight and uh yeah, bears in the backyard. And yes, it was very surprising.
